
Stony Knolls Farm, located in the shadow of Saint Albans
Mountain near the Sebasticook River is a 28 acre goat farm. We
raise Registered, South African Boer goats for breeding stock and
for meat. A wonderful herd of Registered Dairy goats,
including, Nubians, Alpines, Saanan and Sables are also a part of
of our goat family.

Our goat meat cuts include: Steaks, chops, stew cubes,
kabobs, roasts, and ground. We also have five different kinds of
sausage! Hot, Garlic, Sweet, Homestyle (breakfast type) and
Chorizo.
All of our meat is USDA inspected, vacuum sealed and flash frozen
for freshness. Our goats are raised on organic hay, all natural
grain and are allowed free range (weather permitting).
Serving suggestions! Goat meat can be substituted in any recipe calling for beef or
lamb and is a healthier, low fat, low cholesterol alternative.
Another popular item is our luscious Goat Milk Soaps! Our soap is
creamy, smooth, with no artificial ingredients, or colors. We use
only the finest additives. Many different scents are available along
with an unscented soap.

Our FARM FRESH BREADS are terrific with any meal! Honey and
Whole Wheat, Oatmeal, Anadama, Cinnamon, Cheddar Cheese, and
Yogurt and Dill are available at the markets on a first come first
serve basis.
Pickles, relishes, salsas, jams, and jellies are straight from our
garden. Only our own goat compost is used to grow the produce
used in these fine delicacies. We have so many different types,
all ready at different times of the season, so come visit!
